Master's Course

An intensive and unique 5-day course created for the advanced technician who is looking for cross-training in the different departments of the dental laboratory. Participants will get a solid understanding of case planning and work flow. The course starts off with a "blue-print" and finishes with a maxillary combination case, including the acrylic. Attendees will wax and cast the copings in the traditional way or be able to utilize BEGO's CAD technology. Other hands-on fundamentals the participants will encounter are: attachment selection, milled bracing arms, fabrication of a maxillary RPD, porcelain layering or pressing techniques, setup of denture teeth and processing of acrylic. Upon completion of the course every participant will have an aesthetically pleasing showcase to use as a marketing tool.
