Wetting agent for investment and relief of silicone duplicating moulds

Reliable preparation agent for investment, eliminates the water-repellent effects of the wax-up and thus ensures smooth casting surfaces. This applies to modeling crowns and bridges as well as for partial dentures. Application is easy. Aurofilm is sprayed on evenly. Always blow-dry prior to investment. Wet Aurofilm areas may cause rough casting surfaces.

For partial denture technique

This wax was developed for blocking out under-cuts, creating clasp steps and relieving critical model areas. It is easy to scrape and cut, boiling-out temperature from 90 °C, setting temperature approx. 68 °C. This wax adheres firmly to the model and retains its shape even during soaking and duplicating till 54 °C.

Plastic sticks for sprues

The sticks stabilise wax modelling in precious- metal work, are easily shaped over a flame and burn without residue. Length 16.5 cm, Ø 2.5 mm.

For partial denture technique

Preparation wax for placement under the saddle is supple and easy to adapt to master models.

For veneered crowns

Used for crowns to be acrylic-veneered and the partial denture technique, in the case of lack of space also in place of loop retentions.

Tried and tested wax for modelling the bases of upper partial dentures. The stippled pattern gives the base a natural appearance, is very easy to adapt and adheres securely. Sheet size: 15 x 7.5 cm, colour: green.

Time savings when modelling upper-jaw frames with large saddles. A great advantage is that the border strip can easily be shaped as desired since the size can be varied by trimming the tips of the retentions. For molars and premolars -medium hard, dimensionally stable-

The half tear-drop shaped cross section prevents food residues from getting stuck on molars and premolars and increases the stability over the entire clasp length. All in all a very slender clasp profile with very good acceptance among patients. Colour green.
