Automatic casting process by linking the measuring system with the control of the machine.

Nautilus® CC plus stores up to 640 casting logs which can be copied completely onto the NautiCard.
Casting time detection with orientation to the alloy casting temperature specified by the manufacturer.
The casting time can also be manually controlled with the indication of the casting temperature; an inspection glass permits the visual check of the entire process.
Proven Nautilus® crucible concept - as part of the BEGO vacuum diecast technology - ensures the outflow of the casting object at lowest possible casting temperature.
With the help of an additional card reader, the casting data can be assessed on the PC in a clearly arranged manner.
With the help of the NautiCard, casting diagnosis logs stored in Nautilus® CC plus can be transmitted by e-mail to the BEGO hotline.
